Sprudelt auch sch\u00f6n das sehr gute\u00a0 B\u00fchlert\u00e4ler Leitungswasser. Sie hat allerdings einen<strong> kleinen Schwachpunkt<\/strong>: es gibt f\u00fcr dieses Modell<strong> keine passende Glasflasche<\/strong>. Weder Sodastream noch der Kitchenaid-Hersteller stellen daf\u00fcr geeignete Produkte zur Verf\u00fcgung. Schade, eigentlich !<\/p>\n<p>Daher war es naheliegend mal zu schauen, ob es einen passenden Adapter gibt, mit dem sich kleinere Standard- Glasflaschen mit Standard- Gewindeverschluss an den kitchenaid-Anschluss andocken lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Leider war auf thingiverse.com nichts passendes als Fertigteil verf\u00fcgbar.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thingiverse.com\/make:643881\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Zun\u00e4chst habe ich folgendes auf thingiverse verf\u00fcgbare Teil ausprobiert:<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thingiverse.com\/make:643881\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1417 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/ways4.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/20190419_0929411768665475-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"img sodastream v2 threadedpart\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nDas war auch sehr unkompliziert und schnell zu drucken. Leider aber nur f\u00fcr sodastream mit Schraubgewinde passend, also nicht f\u00fcr unsere KitchenAid-sodastream.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thingiverse.com\/make:643888\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Danach habe ich dann das folgende Teil ausprobiert:<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thingiverse.com\/make:643888\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1415 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/ways4.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/20190419_093012-1889100889-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"img sodastream536857\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nLeider auch nicht passend, da der untere Rand f\u00fcr den Greifarm der Kitchenaid fehlte.<\/p>\n<p>Daher habe ich die entsprechenden Ma\u00dfe genommen, zun\u00e4chst vom Kitchenaid\/Sodastream Flaschenhals:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ways4.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/screenshot_2019-04-16-05-39-42415217251.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1397\" src=\"https:\/\/ways4.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/screenshot_2019-04-16-05-39-42415217251-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"img Flaschenhals kitchenAid\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>dann vom Flaschenhals einer kleineren Limonaden- Glasflasche:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ways4.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/screenshot_2019-04-16-05-44-041428745777.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1398\" src=\"https:\/\/ways4.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/screenshot_2019-04-16-05-44-041428745777-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"img Flaschenhals Limonadenflasche\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mit diesen Ma\u00dfen konnte ich dann mit Hilfe der CAD- Software fusion360 einen entsprechenden Adapter konstruieren, der die Glasflasche passend f\u00fcr den Kitchenaid- Anschluss macht.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ergebnis ist vorbereitet f\u00fcr den 3D-Druck als STL-File <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thingiverse.com\/thing:3570085\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hier auf thingiverse.com<\/a> zum Download verf\u00fcgbar.<br \/>\nAls Druckmaterial sollte ein m\u00f6glichst stabiles Material wie ABS o.\u00e4. verwendet werden, damit der Adapter die n\u00f6tige Festigkeit und Stabilit\u00e4t aufweist.<br \/>\nSupportmaterial oder Brims\/Rafts f\u00fcr die Druckbetthaftung sind f\u00fcr den Druckvorgang nicht erforderlich. Die Druckaufl\u00f6sung sollte aufgrund der modellierten Gewinde nicht zu niedrig angesetzt werden, ich habe mit 0.15mm bei 0.3mm Druckd\u00fcse gute Erfahrungen gemacht.<\/p>\n<p>WICHTIG !!<br \/>\nSeien Sie bitte sehr vorsichtig, wenn Sie den Adapter verwenden. Der Sodastream ist ein Druckger\u00e4t, und wenn ein Ger\u00e4t, das nicht f\u00fcr solche Dinge vorgesehen ist, schnellem Druck ausgesetzt wird, kann dies zu Explosionen und schweren Verletzungen f\u00fchren !!<br \/>\nIch kann nicht f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den oder Verletzungen verantwortlich gemacht werden, die bei der Verwendung des Adapters auftreten k\u00f6nnen.
